Client Request: Entire bathroom to be renovated and updated.
Challenge: Needed project evaluated and completed, as a previous contractor failed to meet the client’s quality and timing standards.
Results:
- Assessed workmanship from previous contractor and redefined scope of work required to complete the job
- Installed all new: shower, sink, toilet, and tiling on partial wall and entire floor
- Installed all new: plumbing, baseboards, drywall
- Painted walls
Healthy Steps: All wood used meets FSC standards. Low flow toilet installed (energy efficiency). Materials for tiles and drywall consist of some reclaimed material and helps contribute to LEED points.
